Over 13 years, I’ve guided companies toward profitability and helped them consistently hit ambitious growth goals. My statistics background from UC Berkeley isn’t just a party trick, it's central to my approach. Performance marketing changes fast; I’ve gone from manual CPC bidding and building my own attribution models, to navigating the rise of automated bidding, dedicated attribution platforms, AI-generated creative, and statistical media-mix modeling.
What sets me apart isn't just that I make marketing work, but that I understand why it works. I approach every new business challenge with genuine curiosity, deep statistical insight, and a craftsman mentality. I understand that there’s rarely a case where copy/paste strategies work, but understanding businesses and tailoring solutions can drive real results.
I’ve spent over a decade as a people manager, leading teams with empathy and professionalism, creating an environment where my colleagues can succeed. I’ve had experience working and effectively managing teams remotely since 2016 while exploring the world as a digital nomad. However, I genuinely enjoy collaborating in-person and building the rapport needed to make something great.
Outside of work, I’m building a life in my hometown of San Diego - settling in, but not settling down. I actively volunteer at local food drives, track development in the SD Ballpark District community, and hold season tickets as a lifelong die-hard Padres baseball fan. When I'm not talking marketing, I’m happy to chat about baseball, movies, video games, and trivia!
